Interests

Apart from enjoying all things technology and data I am an avid learner and reader. I enjoy conversation with people from diverse experiences, backgrounds and culture. I have an insatiable curiosity for things that I don’t understand or that I may not know about. I enjoy working with my hands, building and/or de-constructing things such as putting together a small raspberry pi project, taking apart a computer to add RAM or swap hard drives, building a tool shed and fixing an old mower.

To counter a sedentary lifestyle I enjoy going on hikes, but most of all, mountain biking. When all these fail you may, but rarely, find me watching a fantasy or sci-fi genre movie. Every now and then strumming the strings of an old guitar.
